This property is unique in Tignes in terms of its location, views, accommodation and ski access. It was built by and for Pierre Schnebelen in 1973 and fitted out in a very 'Parisian' style which must have been spectacular in 1973 but which had barely been matched since!

We bought the penthouse in November 2008 and have embarked on a major no-expense-spared renovation.
This penthouse has been fitted out for our personal needs rather than for rental.
It reflects the highest quality in all respects.

Tignes – a village in the sky
As Tignes Val Claret was designed solely for skiing, all car parking is underground or in one designated area.
This makes the village almost car-free and also means that it's very compact.
No part of the village is more than a 10 minute walk from Le Bollin which makes access to the two supermarkets, other shops, cafes, the big range of restaurants and bars, very easy for all the family.
Situated on the slope side of the village, Le Bollin is close enough for all, but far enough away so that you don't hear people leaving the bars and clubs in the early hours of the morning.
